Servant breaking out of chains. A nod to Prometheus rising and, of course, the classic Neal Adams Superman "Kryptonite No More" cover.
This was also done as a response to the R.A. 10175 or the Cybercrime Law here in the Philippines. It could have been a good law, protecting people's rights online, but instead it became a sham with provisions that favor the rich and in power, and be used to oppress the very people it is supposed to protect, raiding their privacy and taking away their freedom of expression. If Servant were real, he would never stand for something like that. The government serves the people, not rule over it.
